Year 9 Options
At John Beddoes we aim to provide a stimulating curriculum at Key Stage 4, which will ensure students receive a balanced and broad base. In addition, we are confident that our curriculum prepares pupils for opportunities, responsibilities and experiences for adult life.
By law we have to provide a core of subjects in Mathematics, English and Science and it is also mandatory that PE, RE and Welsh are taught. Students are able to choose from a wide range of subjects, the courses they will follow for the rest of their curriculum. Clearly this is a very important point of your child's education and decisions have to be made wisely.
